Commission spots for season 2009-2010 are available, IMPORTANT INFO PLEASE READ!

As a new summer goes by, a new season will start in very few weeks. So here we are again, with our full charged batteries, ready to arrange our schedule of commissions for the new season 2009-2010 which we will begin working on in October :)
It's really hard for us to let you all know, that this will be THE LAST batch of commission spots that we will be ever offering. I'm so sorry for the inconvenience, please email me privately if you feel the need to learn more about the reasons that made us make this decision.
If you still have a pending commission for the current season
2009-2010, please don't worry! We haven't forgotten about you. It's our intention to finish them all before October begins, when the new season will "switch on" :) Anyway, please feel completely free to contact us or check this blog from time to time to learn more about your 2008-2009 commission status or to let us know your questions and/or concerns :)
Terms and conditions for the 2009-2010 SEASON COMMISSION SPOTS have slightly varied since last year :)
1.- There'll be only 15 *VERY LIMITED* spots in total.
2.- There'll be no waiting lists this time. Spots that are booked and then not used by its owner, will simply not be done.
3.- Unused spots (booked but dolls never sent), will be cancelled and deposits will not be refunded. However, we understand everybody has a real life, we are pretty flexible with that. Don't hesitate to let us know if you might need extra time to send your dolls.
4.- We will start working in the new dolls of the New Commission Book for the season 2009-2010 from the 5th of October (Monday). Until then, all our effors will be focused on finishing the current commissions from season 2008-2009 that are already in our studio.
5.- There's a *DEADLINE DATE* to send the dolls you'd like to have repainted by us. It'll be the 31st of March, 2010. If for some reason you're waiting for a special doll to be released, and you need to wait a bit more, that is not a problem. But, please, don't hesitate to let us know previous to the deadline date :)
6.- If you are a returning customer a small *SYMBOLIC DEPOSIT OF EUR50.00* will be required to book your spot. However, NEW customers are required to pay *HALF* their total commission fee up front.
The rest of the fee will be due when customer approves the pictures of the new repainted doll and is satisfied with the work done.
These amounts won't be refundable if customer changes his/her mind and decides not to complete the transaction AFTER pictures have been approved and satisfaction has been confirmed.
In that case, customer will lose all rights on the finished doll (which comprehends Aerodoll's work AND the former mannequin, whichever it is) after a whole year of non payment.
(We have to clarify that we feel *very sad* to have added this clause to our terms and conditions, but we had no option. Please email me privately if you need more info).
7.- Dolls will be completed in a *FIRST DOLL IN, FIRST DOLL SERVED BASIS*. If you'd like your new Aerodoll to be among the first "renovated" ones to be back at home, we strongly recommend you to ship her ASAP. The sooner she arrives in our studio, the sooner you'll have her back at home :)
8.- Prices will be charged in *EURO CURRENCY* instead of USD (shipping is always extra). PRICES HAVE NOT BEEN RAISED IN THREE YEARS.
* Resin dolls with painted eyes (i.e: Sybarites, Kinetics, DHDs, Ficons and similars) will be EUR430.00
* Vinyl dolls will be EUR360.00 + an extra fee of EUR60.00 just in case you want a full reroot on her/him too. (AvantGuard dolls will be EUR300.00, as they are bald)
* Small resin dolls with glass eyes (43cm asian BJDs: Naraes, Unoas and similars) will be EUR280.00, and will include EXTENSIVE work in FACE and FULL BODY, priming, shading, blushing and sealing intensively every centimeter. Each piece of the doll is treated SEPARATELY.
* Big BJD dolls, please ask.
Simple tattoos in both resin and vinyl dolls are included in these fees, more complicated tattoos please email me to ask :) If you are not sure if the tattoo you have in mind is "simple" or "complicated", please email us with your motif and we will let you know ;)
** RESIN commissions will include (each body part is treated SEPARATELY): safe removal of the original paint (if any), extensive sanding proccess with microfine sanding sponges, appropriate priming with professional products, repainting, extensive airbrushing (full body enhancement, blushing), several coats of sealer
(minimum 2), mani/pedicure AND pearl+tiny metal flakes on neckline and
reparation of cracks/chips, etc... (if necessary and/or requested by
the customer).
** VINYL commissions will include: safe removal of the original paint,
sanding proccess with microfine sanding sponges, appropriate priming,
repainting, extensive airbrushing (full body enhancement, blushing),
several coats of sealer (minimum 2), new hairstyle, mani/pedicure AND
pearl+tiny metal flakes on neckline, pierced navel, multiple ear
piercings, rings in hands and toes (if requested by the customer).
9.- *COMMISSIONS SPOTS ARE ALREADY AVAILABLE*. If you are interested in reserving a spot, you'll find a temporary "Commission Book OPEN" section on our website: http://www.aerodoll.com.
Once those 15 spots have been reserved, the section will be closed.
10.- As soon as your spot has been successfully booked, you'll get my confirmation via email. Please remember there's a time difference, and it's possible that you won't get it inmediately, LOL, but for sure within a few hours ;)
11.- For updates on which is your doll's status of completion or which is your number on the queue, please *CHECK THIS BLOG ON A REGULAR BASIS*. Our working hours are NOT dedicated to dolls in 100%, so if you don't see your doll's status updated for a few weeks, we have not forgotten about you. It's just that we'll surely be drowned under a sea of helmets and/or bikes to airbrush, LOL! ;)
In the meantime, we will be glad to respond any questions you might have, please don't hesitate to ask. We'll be only too happy to assist you in any way we can :)
